Inclusive Leadership Awareness Workshops

In collaboration with our partners, we have developed a unique one-day workshop to prepare an organization’s management for the necessary changes. Bi-Cultural Traineeships

Carmen Breeveld & Partners possesses all the expertise needed to recruit, select, test, train, coach, and integrate bi-cultural trainees within the client’s organization. One of the successful examples is the first bi-cultural traineeship within the Dutch Tax Authority from 2007 to 2010, where a group of trainees from diverse backgrounds successfully completed the program and went on to assume leadership positions after its conclusion.

Trade Missions

The number of female entrepreneurs is growing by more than 30% annually. The Dutch economy is highly dependent on the export of knowledge, products, and services. To promote international trade among female entrepreneurs, Carmen Breeveld, in collaboration with the Women Entrepreneurs Netherlands network, organizes five female trade missions annually. In 2016, successful collaborations emerged between female entrepreneurs from Brussels, London, Suriname, New York, Washington, Aruba, and Curaçao. International Inspiration Trips

We regularly organize inspiration trips abroad for female entrepreneurs or female leaders. These programs last 3 to 4 days and are entirely focused on personal and leadership development. We design custom programs to ensure alignment with the group participants. Coaching sessions are interspersed with peer review sessions, beach walks, sports activities, networking sessions, and knowledge exchange. Since the participants are all professionals, the emphasis is on empowerment and personal growth, alongside the strong networking aspect of these trips. Diversity Recruitment

We are regularly approached by organizations seeking team members who can complement the current team in terms of competencies, but they often don’t know how to go about it.
